The Perfect 3- or 4-Day Puerto Vallarta Itinerary

Day 1:

  • Morning: Upon arrival in Puerto Vallarta, head to your hotel to drop off your luggage and then take a walk along the Malecon, a boardwalk that runs along the oceanfront. Stop at one of the many restaurants or cafes for a bite to eat and enjoy the views.

  • Afternoon: Visit a local tequila factory to learn about the production process of Mexico’s famous drink. Afterward, enjoy a tequila tasting and sample some of the different varieties.
  • Evening: Head to the airport for your flight home.
